Dress Exchange is an ownership swap: you trade ownership of your listed garment for ownership of the matched garment. If you want temporary access for a specific event without trading, use our Dress Rental module instead.
How is fairness ensured in garment values? +
Both members must independently like each other's garment before any match occurs. You have complete discretion over which dresses you swipe on, ensuring mutual satisfaction with condition, brand, and craftsmanship.
What if the received dress doesn't match the listing description? +
Badal Lo offers doorstep inspection support. If a delivered garment has undisclosed damage or defects, you can flag it within our return dispute window per our Refund & Return Policy.
