How far in advance should I book my rental outfit? +
We recommend reserving your dress 1 to 3 weeks before your wedding or event to guarantee availability on your required dates. Last-minute rentals are also accommodated based on real-time availability in Lahore and other cities.
Do I need to wash or dry clean the dress before returning? +
No! Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the garments at home. Pakistani formal wear contains delicate dabka, zardozi, silk threads, and embellishments requiring professional dry cleaning, which is handled directly by Badal Lo after return.
What happens if there is accidental minor wear? +
Minor wear, such as loose sequins or minor hem scuffs, is covered under our standard rental maintenance policy. For significant irreversible tears or damage, our support team assesses the garment fairly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Can I list my own formal dresses for rent and earn? +
